M2cuci Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using m2cuci's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia and cover the use of the m2cuci website and mobile application.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the m2cuci platform — including the website at m2cuci.bet and any associated mobile applications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the m2cuci platform. Continued use following the publication of any updated terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements in Malaysia. m2cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is received.
Account Creation, Responsibilities & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on m2cuci. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and valid payment details.
Users are fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account. m2cuci will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
Password Security
You are responsible for choosing a strong password and not disclosing it to anyone. m2cuci will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately to have your account frozen without delay.
Identity verification may be required before a first-time withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected on an account. This process is a standard security measure to protect user funds and information.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
M2cuci platform users agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law, disrupts platform systems, or causes harm to other users. Specifically prohibited actions include:
- Using automated software or methods to interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Attempting to defraud the payment system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit software bugs
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purposes of money laundering or fraudulent activity
- Using an account to place bets on behalf of others on a commercial basis
- Sharing account access with any other individual, regardless of relationship
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on m2cuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and designated eWallets. Deposits are typically credited within two minutes of transaction confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. m2cuci reserves the right to carry out additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits or are considered unusual based on transaction history.
Any attempt to process payments using third-party methods or accounts not belonging to the registered user will result in the transaction being cancelled and may lead to account suspension pending investigation.
Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension Policy
M2cuci Limitation of Liability
M2cuci will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. m2cuci's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and m2cuci makes no warranties regarding continuous service availability, the accuracy of information displayed, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Closure
M2cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, money laundering, or activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user's original payment method once standard security checks have been completed. Balances tied to promotions are subject to rollover requirements that may affect the amount eligible for withdrawal.
Account closure decisions arising from terms violations are final, and m2cuci reserves the right to decline any re-registration requests from users who have been banned.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the m2cuci platform — including logos, interfaces, text, graphics, images, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of m2cuci and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The m2cuci platform may contain links to third-party services or content. These links are provided for user convenience only, and m2cuci is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
M2cuci reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This Terms & Conditions document is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
